We'll reply within 3 business days with your written review. If your file won't open on our end, we'll tell you within 1 business day and ask you to resend.
Email hello@norea.systems within 14 days of payment if: we have not sent your review within 5 business days of receiving a readable resume, or you are not satisfied with its specificity or accuracy. We confirm and process every refund that meets one of these within 7 business days, to your original payment method.
This review is for your personal use in a job search; it is not a guarantee of interview or hiring outcomes. We delete your resume and any notes from our systems within 30 days of sending your review, or sooner on request to hello@norea.systems. We do not share your resume or its contents with anyone outside Norea.
